Cousins at the Corn Maze!

I love Fall- I love the crisp smell in the air, candy corn, leaves changing colors, and the anticipation of the upcoming holiday season! We have had such warm weather that it has only recently really started feeling like fall to me! Yesterday morning Carter finally got to wear a jacket and he looked so cute with his hands in his pockets that I couldn't resist taking his picture!

Last night we had a church event at the corn maze, so we kidnapped my nephew (Blake) and took the boys out for some fun. We got to start the evening with snuggling my sweet niece (Ava)- Carter is completely in love with her and always wants to give her love pats and kisses!

It is about a 20 minute drive out to the corn maze, and the boys were so sweet jabbering the whole way there. It is so much fun to actually be able to follow their "conversation". There was lots of giggling and excitement in the back seat! They are definitely big buddies, and we had a blast watching the two of them interact!

They had a "cowtrain" that you could pay a dollar to ride, and the boys were so excited to ride the "twactor" so we talked to the driver and asked him to do a toddler friendly version of the ride! I didn't know if Carter would freak out or not, but with Blake sitting in front of him he seemed to find his courage and loved every minute of it!


They even had a kid version of the maze. It was so much fun to watch the boys figure it out!

Thanks to Danny and Courtney for letting us borrow Blake for the evening. I hope that he slept as well last night as Carter did!
