My mom went to California for a few weeks to celebrate my aunt's 60th birthday, so Carter has been with different friends for the past week or so. Today he spent the day with Jeff and L'Anna. He talked about them the whole way to their house and has not stopped since he has been home! I love having friends like this- friends that feel like family. When we dropped him off, he was "playing pool" (rolling the balls with great enthusiasm) with Jeff! He then apparently spent some time pretending to drive the "Hummer." He has a match box car that is a Hummer so every time he sees a Jeep or similar car, he says "Hummer!" L'Anna emailed these pictures tonight, and they were too cute to not share, so here are the highlights from Carter's day at the Jones house!
And just for grins, here is a precious picture from Carter's adventures with Summer and Mai on Monday! Could these two be any cuter together? They are so gentle with each other and Carter talks about "Mai and Mummer" all of the time! Too cute!

It looks like he had a grest time while I was gone. Hope he won't be bored back at Grammy's house.
He is great company and I really missed him.
